    Dear Ones, Good Afternoon!

    I bought the theme today and since morning I'm facing so many issues to setting up. I really hate this things because you guys are sealing it and to set up doesn't working well.

    1- I have downloaded the Zip File Theme to upload and I faced the issues " Style CSS file is missing"

    2 - Tired for trying so many times I  chose the Installable WordPress file Only and after that my WP-Admin stopped working. 

    3 - I have fixed the issue by my self an them I had to install all the necessary plugins one by one.

    4 - After the plugins installation I'm trying to use Insight Core to install the demo and it are getting stuck always.

    PS: I am completely annoyed with my choice and the difficulty I am having to do something ridiculous and that you charge $ 50 to do the installation.

    I kindly ask for the immediately support to set everything popper.

    My theme has not been installing since yesterday either. It has been locked at 72% for hours. I do not know what else to do, because my support has ended and they do not help if they do not pay, and without their help it is impossible to install the theme.

    Before import demo data, please be sure your server environment meet our requirements as article bellow to make the theme functions work:

    My server is shared and no change is allowed. I'm not going to transfer all my sites to a VPS because the demo of yours does not install as all others of ThemeForest do. You've got to work it out, you've been doing this for over a year! How are you going to solve this ????? I want to install my demo!

    My Dear Linh, 

    I kindly ask you to give a solution to solve this issue and please do no play with me, because I'm promising you that I'll find they way to catch this fucking company. Why a Team have launched some product without test it properly before. So guys you're disappointing many other people when in fact it is a simple and ridiculous installation to be made. You are doing this so people are forced to pay to install an ridiculous demo. BE CAREFUL  it is a Cyber Crime. I hopefully you will understand me because ALL THE SERVER ENVIRONMENT WAS SET UP ON THE RIGHT WAY. Do not waste my time please just do your job on the right way.

    You must share the the DEMO file package to be updated from us and do not force the payment because if is necessary I'll go to far way to catch this fucking company as I said.

    If will not be fixed today just give me back my money and stay a way because I'll never deal with an bad company who's provide a really bad service and support.

    Hello

    I can help you import demo data but all your exist data will be reset included admin account. You can access to change admin account after imported demo data. 

    Please confirm so i can do it.

    It might need 5 minutes to do.

    How will I send my access in public ticket? What is the contact email for you to help me ?! I can not open a closed ticket!
