    hello,

        Thanks for your reply. Could you please double check on the credentials? It seems invalid as I'm getting "ERROR: The password you entered for the username is incorrect."

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    It seems your hosting company has some features of PHP disabled at your hosting support. Please contact your hosting support and ask to enable base64_encode PHP function on your hosting account.

    I already asked my hosting provider and now it looks perfect! Thank you very much for your help.

    On the other hand, I would like to know how I do this effect that is shown in your template. In my installed template you can not see. They are the animated letters that are running. Screenshot of the attached file.

    I will be attentive to your comments.

    Hina, now I'm having problems with the Slider Revolution. Several of the sliders templates can not be seen, I can not access them or even edit them. Could you please help me with this? I need to upload my website as soon as possible. I enclose a screenshot of what appears when I want to enter to edit a Slider.

    Hello Hina, I realized that the problem is much more serious. I can not edit the pages either. It shows the same error as wanting to enter the Slide Revolution. Please help.

    I have checked your site,  slider and page edit are all working for me. please refer this screen screen recording at:

    However I do experience a slow loading site which seems your hosting server is taking time longer than usual to process request. Please contact your host or change/switch hosting to a good company to run site smooth.

    Hi, I'm having problems with the template again. A time worked well for me. But now I'm confusing the whole site, warning texts appear in the middle of the content. It has been a long time since you have entered edit. I do not understand what happened. Attachment screenshot.

    Please check www.abeeja.cl

    Hello

    That is just warning message of php structure. Don't worry, it does not effect on theme functions.

    If it display on front page, you can hide it by turn debug off.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    The following code, inserted in your wp-config.php file.

    Thanks

  • KarlaAbeeja-cl replied

    I can not find that file, where is it?

  • KarlaAbeeja-cl replied

    Hi. I already managed to insert the code in the file. Can you explain to me why this happened? There are also functions of my page that are not working, for example, the portfolios and the effect of the movements that I had at the end of the home. Now those two parts are blank. I do not understand what happened when everything went unconfigured.
