    I get a message that the import is finished but there's no change in my website or its contents.

    How can I make it work? I really want to have some reference on how to update the content in order to make it work. I've been trying to use the theme without the demo content and it's proving to be very difficult to set up.

    Hello

    Please provide your site url with an admin account  so i can help you check it and import demo data for you if you need.

    Before do it, please be sure your server environment meet our requirements as article bellow to make the theme functions work:

    The theme is is useless without the demo but the demo import can not work on mine too.

    Hi ! I got the same issue while trying to import demo Data. I checked all the procedures, but it's still not working.

    Hello, I do comply with all the requirements and still have the same error.

    I just received a notification through envato, that the theme files were updated. I will try to reinstall this updated version of the theme now.

    I am sorry, but I do not want to give external access to my account. If this problem persists I would request a refund.

    This is not working in new version too. It hold for long time and gives error (0). I bought theme about 3-4 ago but still not able to setup. Previously ask for a Wordpress account access and they have totally restored their Demo site to my site removing all my configurations and all. Not ask for my consent even. It's on production site put on to maintain mode. After restore it was live!

    I see your other ticket has mentioned the import function failed in your site.

    Do not give them Admin account ever. Still she doesn't accept what the did was wrong and unprofessional. I got recently reply as it correct thing to do. She backup her demo site and installed mutiple backup tools and tired to restore that backup and then restoration removed my admin account and she created a admin acount for my personal address (Not the one had earlier) Whole SEO info and other configurations done towards site setup (Not pages or posts) has been removed. She didn't have backup even. She doesn't asked for permission. So be carefull when you giving an admin acount. I have setup the server exactly like the link you have give. Still import data gives error and I don't have a trust to give you an admin account. Even you haven't apologies. because yesterday you defend your move which mean you haven't even not apologies.

    Before the fixed import data issue in new theme version, there are have problem with import data. So now, if you still getting that problem within new theme version, we need access your site to help you check it.

    Just in this time, we will ask you for any permission of changing in your site and just do after you confirmed.

    Thank for your information, wdtrends. 

    But as he said, the site is still getting problem with new theme version.
