    Hello

    Looks like server related issue not so sure.

    Would you mind providing us with Wordpress login credentials so we can take a closer look?

    Also you should contact the hosting provider for more details of the problem.

    Thanks

    Hello

    I can not access the admin dashboard of your site.

    Also you can get newest plugin version here http://www.mediafire.com/file/l3gka3lcxwyprc6/visual6.2.zip/file to manual update in your site.

    Thanks

    Hello

    That is just warning message of php structure. Don't worry, it does not effect on theme functions.

    If it display on front page, you can hide it by turn debug off.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    The following code, inserted in your wp-config.php file.

    Thanks

    Hello

    You can use WPML plugin to get that.

    After installed plugin and translate your page, you can follow this topic to enable language switcher:

    https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/
